M A Dry lining & Plastering Ltd prides itself on the detail and accuracy of its take offs and quoting. Our take offs will show the client exactly what product will be used, where it will be used and how much it will cost to install, we include everything you need and show exactly what we have excluded.
The vast majority of our estimates are now done by computer using the On-Screen Takeoff program. This has reduced the time it takes for us to price jobs and has increased accuracy.
We have vast experience with Robust details, NHBC requirements, Building Regulations and British Standards. We also make every effort to highlight conflicts between drawings, specifications and individual company requirements.
We understand to win contracts we need to keep costs as tight as possible which is now more important than ever before. M A Dry lining & Plastering Ltd are confident that we will be able to save significant amounts of money for our clients by giving input where needed on product changes and other cost-saving methods. Health & Safety
It is vitally important that no matter the size of the project health and safety is at the forefront of our minds. We have our own health and safety representative who is based on the road visiting sites each and every day.
We also have an external health and safety company called Lincsafe who help keep us up to date with any relevant changes and any implementations that may need to be done.
Our dedicated representative will visit site prior to us starting so we can provide a full health and safety pack tailored to suit each and every project we under take.
We are fully CHAS and Construction Line accredited.
On site we actively promote health and safety in a number of ways. As well as our own policies we adhere to policies set by our customers, and by adhering to these have achieved zero accidents or incidents in the last 5 years.
